Building on previous work restoring the Atlas Theater (a community space which took a dozen years and many dozens of friends to bring it to life) this little corner of our neighborhood is poised to hold space for folks who have the same passion for connection and revival.
In 2023 we purchased "the church across the street," a historic 1920s cathedral because it beckoned for renewal and purpose. With a deep understanding of the evolving needs of individuals in the post-quarantine era, Jeff and I embarked on a mission to create a space that could hold in balance community and personal productivity. The Ambry was born out of this desire – a co-working space that recognizes the profound human need for collaboration and the peace of a private office.
The Ambry's charm lies not just in the physical transformation of a vintage cathedral but in its ethos. We hope it can be a refuge for those who seek a place to be. The ambiance is curated to inspire creativity, making it an ideal hub for artists, designers, and innovators alike. Whether you're a painter, writer, designer, Information Technology Specialist, graduate student, small business start up, or seasoned professional, The Ambry provides dedicated spaces that cater to you.
The Ambry is a place where the power of space, beauty, connection, and focus converge. We invite you to step into a world where the echoes of the past blend seamlessly with the vibrant hum of contemporary creativity, offering a unique home for those who seek a balance.
We can’t wait to work with you.
